Fortune Rabbit

1. The Fortune Rabbit promotion is valid from 1/19/2023 through 2/21/2023, expiring at midnight (PT).
2. To earn your $5 Fee Credit reward, you must complete 5 qualifying transactions and play 5 Fortune Rabbit games before the Fortune Rabbit promotion expires.
   
   Once your qualifying transaction has been completed and processed by the Bank, you’ll see a message card in our Mobile App and Online Banking services notifying you that you’ve earned a chance to play the Fortune Rabbit game. This will be the only way to access and play Fortune Rabbit.
   
   Each qualifying transaction completed during the promotion period, up to a maximum of 5, will earn 1 Fortune Rabbit game play opportunity; and each game play opportunity will have its own message card.
   
   An earned Fortune Rabbit game play opportunity is considered “played” once you have accessed and successfully completed that game in our Mobile App or Online Banking services.
   
   Unused Fortune Rabbit game play opportunities will expire at midnight (PT) on 2/21/2023.
3. Qualifying transactions include the following consumer checking or savings account transaction activity:
   • Incoming Wire transfers, ACH or Zelle^® credits, Mobile Check Deposits and/or debit card purchases made with your East West Bank Visa^® debit card.
   Business account transaction activity is excluded from the Fortune Rabbit promotion.
4. Qualifying transaction dates/times are based solely on East West Bank’s records, and may differ from the actual date/time the transaction was initiated.
5. Debit card transactions are not considered a qualifying transaction until a purchase request is received by East West Bank from the merchant.
   
   Depending on how a merchant processes your transaction, it can take up to 3 business days for a purchase request to be received. If the purchase request is received by us after the Fortune Rabbit promotion period expires, the transaction will not qualify for a Fortune Rabbit game play opportunity, even if it was initiated by you prior to the promotion expiration date/time.
   
   Note, merchant authorization requests do not qualify for a Fortune Rabbit game play opportunity.
6. Customers that complete the Fortune Rabbit Fee Credit qualification requirements will have access to their earned $5 Fee Credit within 5 business days after the Fortune Rabbit promotion expiration date.
   
   Fee Credits represent a dollar value that will be made available in our Mobile App for you to apply towards Qualified Service Fees that have been charged to your eligible checking or savings account in the past 30 Days. 7. The Fortune Rabbit promotion is offered on a limited basis only, with eligibility and qualification requirements determined by East West Bank. East West Bank reserves the right to discontinue or change this promotion at any time without prior notice.
