Offer Participation Requirements: Offer is valid from 03/01/2024 through 06/30/2024 and made available to Borrowers with an East West Bank mortgage loan that was originated with GMCC and acquired by East West Bank. To participate in the offer, at least one Borrower associated with the qualifying mortgage loan must be the designated owner of an East West Bank consumer checking account and they must sign up for and use East West Bank's ACH Autopay service to initiate monthly autopay payments from their East West Bank consumer checking account ("qualifying checking account") to their East West Bank mortgage loan ("mortgage loan") for an amount that is equal to or greater than their minimum monthly mortgage loan payment. Borrowers who initiate at least one successful East West Bank ACH Autopay payment ("qualifying autopay payment") from their qualifying checking account to their mortgage loan between 03/01/2024 and 06/30/2024 ("offer qualification period") will have their mortgage loan automatically enrolled to participate in this offer. Bonus Credit Opportunity: For six (6) consecutive months, starting with the first month in the offer qualification period where a qualifying autopay payment was completed, the Borrower will have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus credit to their qualifying checking account (for example, if their first qualifying autopay payment occurs in June, they will have the opportunity to earn a bonus credit each month, June through November). Bonus Credit Qualification Requirements: For each offer participation month 1.) where the Borrower completes a successful qualifying autopay payment from their qualifying checking account to their mortgage loan, and 2.) where any of the individual owners of the qualifying checking account maintain a minimum combined month-end average balance in the qualifying consumer deposit accounts they own at East West Bank ("qualifying Relationship Balance"), the qualifying checking account will earn a bonus credit. The amount of the bonus credit will be determined based on the highest qualifying Relationship Balance maintained by any one of the individual owners of the qualifying checking account during that month. Bonus Tier Level 1: $10 bonus credit for a qualifying Relationship Balance of $10,000 to $24,999.99; Bonus Tier Level 2: $25 bonus credit for a qualifying Relationship Balance of $25,000 to $49,999.99; Bonus Tier Level 3: $50 bonus credit for a qualifying Relationship Balance of $50,000 or more. If the monthly qualifying Relationship Balance was less than $10,000, the qualifying checking account will not earn a bonus credit. Additional Terms and Conditions: The opportunity to earn a bonus credit will expire at midnight PT (Pacific Time) on the last day of the 6th consecutive month starting with the first month during the offer qualification period where a qualifying autopay payment was completed. Bonus credit amounts may vary from month to month, depending on the qualifying Relationship Balance for that specific month. Bonus credit amounts earned for a specific month, will be credited directly to the qualifying checking account no later than the 5th business day of the following month. If the qualifying checking account is closed or otherwise not held in good standing based on the Bank's records (e.g., is overdrawn, restricted, etc.), the earned bonus credit amount will be forfeited by the Borrower for that month. Bonus credits will be reported as an interest payment and reflected on the 1099-INT issued for the qualifying checking account. Each mortgage loan is limited to one bonus credit opportunity, regardless of the number of Borrowers associated with the loan, and the maximum bonus credit amount that can be earned is limited to $300.
