- No East West Bank withdrawal fee for the first two non-proprietary ATM withdrawals per statement cycle (3rd party ATM usage fees may be charged to your account at the request of the provider operating the non-proprietary ATM).

1 The monthly maintenance fee will be waived and the minimum opening balance requirement will be reduced to $25 for New York state residents who open a Value Checking account using our Online Banking Services or at any East West Bank New York state branch office.
2 If the surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint or MoneyPass ATM transactions, press "Yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be assessed a surcharge fee. In the event that your transactions incurred a surcharge fee, it will be refunded on your monthly East West Bank statement at the end of your banking cycle.
