Minimum Funding Amount
Simply make a $25,000 minimum opening deposit within 60 days of account approval.
One-Time Account Opening Fee
A $300 Account Opening Fee will be automatically deducted when you make your opening deposit.
If you're Velo Gold, you'll have the opportunity, during the first 12 months after account funding, to receive up to $300 in Account Opening Fee refunds.
Waive Your Monthly Maintenance Fee
The choice is yours. Pay a Monthly Maintenance fee of $25, or $0 with a:
- $25,000 monthly average balance in your Global Checking OR
- $50,000 prior month's end combined average balance in the qualifying consumer deposit accounts you own at East West Bank.
Waive Your Incoming Wires Fees
Global checking customers will enjoy the waiver of East West Bank's Incoming Wire fee for the first 2 statement cycles after account opening.
