5 If the surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint or MoneyPass ATM transactions, press "Yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be assessed a surcharge fee. In the event that your transaction incurred a surcharge fee, it will be refunded on your monthly East West Bank statement at the end of your statement cycle.
