Will I be charged a fee for transferring funds?

The following bank fees will apply when transferring funds to or from your account:

Transfer Fees
Incoming wire
  • $10 per transaction
  • For our e-Checking suite products:  $0 for incoming wires received during the first 2 monthly statement cycles after account opening.

Note: Your first statement cycle may not be a full month. After the expiration of the refund period, the standard $10 fee will apply.

Domestic wire

$30 per transaction

International wire
  • $40 per transaction - USD delivery
  • $25 per transaction - Foreign currency delivery (supported currencies only)
Note: Our Online Banking Service currently supports select delivery in 8 foreign currencies:  AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, SGD.

Bank transfer (ACH)

No charge

Alipay Transfer to China

$15 per transaction

Internal Transfer

No charge

Note: 

  1. The other sending or receiving bank or financial institution may apply additional fees or charges.
  2. If foreign currency delivery is selected, the exchange rate will be determined by the Bank at the time you enter your wire transfer request.
