East West Bank ATMs
There is no charge for using a proprietary East West Bank ATM or an ATM that participates in the MoneyPass or Allpoint Networks.
Other ATMs
Velo will not charge you for the first two ATM withdrawals per statement cycle, but will assess a $1.00 fee for each withdrawal thereafter. Additionally, 3rd party ATM usage fees may be charged to your account at the request of the provider operating the non-proprietary ATM.

*Transfers requested after Velo’s cut-off time or on a non-business day (weekend or U.S. federal holiday) may not be processed by Velo until the next business day. It may also take longer depending on processing and verification requirements, and the delivery country. For ACH transfers the business day cut-off time is 5:00 PM PT, and for wire transfers (both U.S. domestic and international) it is 1:00 PM PT.
