How do I sign in for the first time?1

 

A. Mobile Banking

 

1. On your mobile device, use the App Store or Google Play to download the NEW East West Bank Mobile app.

Be sure to select the app icon displaying the word "NEW".

 

2. Open the NEW East West Bank Mobile app and select “Log in.” Then, enter your email address as your Username and follow the on-screen instructions.

B. Online Banking

 

1. For your first-time sign in, please go to "Sign Up Now" at: 
eastwestbank.com.

2. Enter your email address as your Username, then follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After completing enrollment, for your subsequent sign in simply go to eastwestbank.com to access your account.
